yena prajñayā dṛṣṭāḥ skandhā vaśikāḥ sarva-(?) ⏑ – – ⏑ –

v. 1 Who through uncountable eons has always given immeasurable gifts,

v. 2 who, just born, illuminated the earth and made the three-thousand world tremble,
