Bhagavān ārocayāmi te gṛhapate prativedayāmi gṛhapate | yac ca khalu punaḥ kulaputro vā kuladuhitā vā + /// r6 /// .. .. .. buddhakṣetrāṇi sarvaratnaparipūrṇāṇi dānaṃ dadyāt |
Bhagavān I tell you, householder, I inform you, householder: If some gentleman or lady r6 were to give as a gift buddhafields (? as many as minute particles) completely filled with all treasures;

and if some [other] gentleman or lady (would take up this concentration of direct encounter with the buddhas of the present), r7 would trust, believe, accept, and be devoted to [it]; and having trusted, believed, (accepted, and be devoted to it,) r8 would teach [it] at length to others, would reveal [it], would cultivate [it];

this gentleman (or lady), householder, r9 (would generate much more merit) than the [previous] one.

… gentleman or lady would take [it] up (?) … r10 …, (to say nothing of) a gentleman or lady, who, having achieved this concentration, would (train in it) according to true reality, (would put it into practice v1 according to true reality).

At that time [he] recited these verses: ///
