I tell you, householder, I inform you, householder: If some gentleman or lady r6 were to give as a gift buddhafields (? as many as minute particles) completely filled
with all treasures;
and if some [other] gentleman or lady (would take up this concentration of direct
encounter with the buddhas of the present),
r7 would trust, believe, accept, and be devoted to [it]; and having trusted, believed,

r8 would teach [it] at length to others, would reveal [it], would cultivate [it];
